  When my current dentist wasn't able to reschedule an appointment for almost 2 months, I decided to give Dr. Seifi a try after reading reviews and researching his practice. I visited his office, explained that I was considering a change, and asked to schedule a cleaning and exam. Gloria, his front office receptionist, checked my insurance and scheduled an appointment two days later. When I arrived (early), Mahyar, his assistant, got me into the chair for x-rays before my appointment was even scheduled to begin. Dr. Seifi has very modern equipment, including a wall-mounted flat screen that displays your x-rays immediately. Dr. Seifi came in and spent a lot of time explaining each x-ray, and then did the scaling (with ultrasound) himself so that he could examine each tooth and confirm what the x-rays indicated. He again spent a lot of time explaining what his recommended treatment plan entailed, both short-term and long-term, and took great care to make sure that I was comfortable throughout. As did Mahyar when he took the x-rays, and then continued with polishing at the end. Gloria then came in and had already put together a treatment plan that included insurance reimbursement and out of pocket costs. Which, by the way, seemed reasonable compared to my (now former) dentist. Everyone in this office is exceedingly polite, caring, genuine, and visibly committed to making you feel comfortable. Nobody enjoys going to the dentist, but I have to say they make it as pleasant as it can possibly be.
